The Leon County Sheriff's Office arrested a 14-year-old male student at Swift Creek Middle School after another student reported he had sexually assaulted her.
Police say on Feb.18, 2003 the victim requested a pass from her teacher to retrieve a book from her locker. While she was in the hallway, Darius Wilson grabbed her arm and pulled her into a nearby bathroom.
Once inside the bathroom, Wilson locked the door and turned off the lights. Wilson sexually battered the victim before letting her return to class.
The victim later reported the incident to a teacher who reported the incident to the School Resource Officer. The victim was treated and released at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Darius Wilson was arrested for one count of sexual battery and turned over to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
