Tallahassee, FL-- Thousands of fans filled the stands to watch another blowout in Doak Campell Stadium and this time, legendary coach Bobby Bowden was there to plant the spear.
The crowd went wild when legendary coach Bobby Bowden stepped foot on this field and planted the spear right on the 50 yard line.
This was this first time the iconic coach has come back since his retirement in 2009.
Bowden says, "Do you miss football, I said no I miss our fans."
Clacci Harmon, a Seminole fan added, "Right now we are number two in the country, but second place doesn't get a prize so we are going to be number one."
The score of 49 to 17 proved that on Saturday night with their fifth blow out of the season against North Carolina State.
Bowden spoke highly of Coach Jimbo Fisher saying "I think his strength is his ability to recruit, and that is the name of the game cause its still haven't changed whoever gets the best player is going to win."
