A Tallahassee man accused of dealing drugs and injuring two men in a drive by shooting is now in trouble with the feds.
Twenty-eight-year-old Oscar McGee was indicted by a federal grand jury this week on charges of dealing crack cocaine.
You may remember McGee was one of nine people arrested in December after Leon County deputies busted an alleged cocaine ring.
He was out on bond on attempted murder charges at the time too.
A trial date on the new federal drug charges has not yet been set.
