A jury was picked to decide whether 36-year-old Robert Matthews is guilty or innocent of murder.
Matthews was arrested back in September of 2004. He's accused of shooting 32-year-old Corvin Harrison outside a house on Holmes Street and then dumping his body in the woods off Crawfordville Highway.
Attorneys in the case chose a six person jury as well as two alternates on Monday.
Opening arguments begin Tuesday morning.
