A man accused of killing his friend and stealing a pocket full of cash has just been indicted by a Leon County grand jury.
Raul Perez was indicted on first degree murder charges Thursday morning. He's still in jail down in Orange County, but will soon be brought back to Leon County to face those charges.
Perez is accused of killing 38-year-old Jason Orcutt and leaving his body in the woods near the corner of North Monroe and Tharpe Streets.
Tallahassee police were able to retrace Orcutt's steps and catch Perez after finding shrimp in Orcutt's stomach during the autopsy.
