Wakulla County leaders have agreed to go in with the Taylor and Dixie Counties to create an artificial reef because the fish apparently love them, and where there are fish there are plenty of fishermen.
Parish Barwick, Wakulla County Administrator, says, "We have several fishermen from out of the state and from the north that love to come to this area. Taylor County's the same way; they have their fishermen that like their area and it gives the chance to have a joint project and benefit fishermen for both areas."
Barwick says attracting fish to Wakulla County is as easy as giving them an artificial reef to hang out in.
