Area Rattlers learn the ins and outs about their health Wednesday.
The Rattler Health Initiative offered free blood pressure checks, vision checks and HIV screenings.
Organizers say the purpose for fair was to keep students aware of their health.
"If we give them the tools they need to properly educate themselves, they can use those tools to live healthier lives. They'll also be able to share that information with their children," says FAMU Deputy Surgeon General Jennifer Smith.
This is the third year for the Rattler Health Initiative.
