A Tallahassee man is arrested for allegedly harassing people with a gun.
It happened around 6:30 Monday night at the Crumps Apartments on Palmer Avenue.
Authorities say 20-year-old Christopher Cruz began taunting a group of individuals, claiming he was going to shoot one of them.
Cruz then reportedly left and returned with a gun in his waistband.
"They got into a heated argument. The suspect pulled out a gun, displayed the gun in front of the victim and started pointed it and saying some profanities," says Tallahassee Police OFC John Newland.
Cruz was taken to the Leon County Jail. He's charged with one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
