A late night fight over who would buy the next 12 pack of beer gets heated, so much so that a man is behind bars.
It all happened at a home on Creek Indian Lane. Leon County deputies say Raymond Myers and a friend got into an argument. Myers got angry and left, but deputies say he came back later and tried to set his friend's trailer on fire.
SGT Chris Chase, LCSO spokesman, says, "During the interview, it was determined that the argument occurred over a 12 pack of beer, and he did set the fire, and the whole cause of the fire was this argument over the 12 pack of beer.”
Raymond Myers is charged with arson. A judge refused to free him on bond Wednesday.
