Tallahassee police say a Sam's Club employee found a missing credit card upped the credit limit on it, and along with possibly two other employees, charged upwards of $3,500 worth of gas and merchandise on it.
Investigators say they also turned off security cameras to try to hide their escapades.
SGT Bill Bierbaum with TPD Financial Crimes says, "Apparently he was turning off the camera so you couldn't see who was getting gas, so you couldn't see him getting gas, so in essence, he erased the evidence."
Twenty-three-year-old Keith Gaulden was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and grand theft. Police say other arrests are likely.
The Sam's Club spokesman would not comment on the charges or Gaulden's job status.
