SPRINGDALE, Ark. (AP) Tyson Foods Inc. is recalling more than 51,000 pounds of frozen raw chicken breast tenderloin over concerns it may contain soy.

The world's largest meat processor said Thursday that soy, a known allergen, was not declared on the product's label.

Tyson says the meat came from a plant in Vicksburg, Miss., between July 23 and Aug. 1, and was shipped to Tyson food service distributors nationwide.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service says it has received no reports about people being sickened by the chicken.

Maybe you "people" should learn how to read, then read a history book so you know what "to be an american" really is. Your backwoods intellect is no longer welcome in this country. Im amazed at how you refuse to be informed about reality. its no wonder the south is the laughing stock of the country.

Tyson is American! Tyson's headquarters are located in Arkansas. Tyson is eliminating its celebration of Labor Day, who knows Thanksgiving and Christmas could be next!

Posted by: Max on Aug 7, 2008 at 08:16 PM you guys are really paranoid and delusional about other religions. Its clear none of you have a basic education let alone any college............Well Mr basic education/college grad,This has nothing AT ALL to do with religions nor does it have anything to do with being paranoid! But as an American it has everything to do with a holiday that I have celebrated all my life, and I am now 64 yrs old.And I surely hate to see it(Labor Day) disappear just like all the other things(as I have known them to be)disappear too. What else do we Americans have to give up?And why do you not have a problem with it,just where do you come from?Mister Basic.......It is people like you that makes it so hard to be an American (in America) today!
