Tallahassee police have found thousands of dollars worth of marijuana plants growing inside a Betton Hills home.
An anonymous tip led the vice team to the home on Trescott Drive. They found 16 marijuana plants growing in one of the bedrooms.
With what they say was a sophisticated cultivation operation, the street value was estimated at about $40,000.
CAPT Connell with TPD says, "From talking to the gentlemen inside, they've cultivated these plants several times, they've made quite a bit of money off them and would've continued had we not been here."
Thomas Taylor and Joseph Sutter are facing numerous drug charges including cultivating marijuana and maintaining a drug house.
