The show has officially gone to the dogs! That's the Circus du Canine, to be exact.
Saturday, Florida State University's Flying High Circus teamed up with the Leon County Humane Shelter.
It's the second year for the event, and all proceeds will be split between the circus and the shelter.
Last year they raised $14,000. This year's goal is to reach $20,000.
Kimberly Field, the Director of Development for Student Affairs, said, "One of the things that we think about this event is that we're able to have so many families from the Tallahassee community come out. It's our second annual one and we hope it will come to grow."
Also performing at the circus was Disconnected Canines, a traveling dog troop from Jacksonville made up of all rescued dogs.
