A Tallahassee architect who was drawing up plans to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex has been convicted.
A jury found 36-year-old Naser Nazrul guilty of soliciting a minor online. He was actually talking to an undercover police officer in that chat room.
Investigators say when Nazrul showed up at the Georgetown Apartments to meet the fictional teenager for sex, he was greeted by Tallahassee Police.
It took the jury about three hours to convict Nazrul on that felony charge. He faces up to five years in prison when he's sentenced in June and could also be deported to his native Bangladesh.
