Not one of you that left a comment about this knows what happened that day except the people who were there. I was one drink over the legal limit and was the only one old enough to drink in the first place. I did not provide the alcohol either. because my best friend Chelsea was going to ride in the other car I didnt want anyone else to ride with me that day . But I dont go around hurting peoples feels. Emily said she wanted to ride with me and I said ok. You have NO IDEA how much I regret letting her ride with me that day. Living with my paralysis is the lest of my worries. Living with the fact that Emily no longer has her life because of my car accident haunts me everyday. I know that is what everyone wants. well I do. Im now learning how to smile again and the ONLY reason why is because of Jesus Christ!!!! Thank you to everyone who took the time to read this God bless you and please keep Emilys family forever in your prayers!!!
Curious how it was Emily's fault. Emily did not buy the alcohol nor was she driving. Yes she made a bad decision of being pressured into getting in the car with a drunk driver and Elizabeth made a bad decision getting behind the wheel. Emily paid with her life and Elizabeth will have to live with her condition, the fact that she killed another person and whatever the judical system decides for her. All of this is a horrific tradegy for both girls, their family and their friends. It's time to let this rest, please.
Don't care to know who you are - but you should hush. You have no idea what's going on between the families, so don't even try to act like you do holier-than-though. It's emily's fault, plain and simple. Stop blaming that poor elizabeth. Maybe if it happened to you you'd stop being so rude.
