Not Enough Evidence in Boston Shooting

Forty-seven-year old Perris Brooks was charged with voluntary manslaughter following the shooting death of James Dunbar in January.

But a Thomas County grand jury did not find sufficient evidence to indict Brooks.

Thomas County sheriff's investigators said the shooting happened during an altercation between the men at a Boston, Georgia home on January 23 of this year.

Investigators said both men pulled out guns, and that Brooks fired the fatal shot.
