A pair of murder indictments was handed down by a grand jury in Tallahassee Thursday.
Twenty-five-year-old Carlus Fountain was indicted on first degree murder charges. He's accused of shooting and killing James Dickey in a Texas Street parking lot back in March. Police say the two were arguing over $100.
Also indicted was 24-year-old Arnell Lee, known on the street as "Chaos."
Lee is accused of stabbing Mark Opielowski during an argument.
Opielowski managed to walk away from the scene on Macomb Street to get help, but he died at the hospital two days later.
Lee was arrested at the Lafayette Motel later that same day.
