Prostate cancer is usually found in men age 65 and older, but urologists say men as young as 40 can be at risk.
To help combat prostate cancer, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital has opened registration for the free annual prostate screening.
There are a limited number of appointments available, so men who wish to participate in the screenings must pre-register.
The screenings will take place next Tuesday September ninth and Wednesday September tenth at the Southeastern Urological Center.
To pre-register you can call the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center at 850-431-4226
