Doctors at Archbold Northside Hospital say with life's stresses, there are problems people need help with. Some are every day stresses, and others can be as serious as anxiety or depression.
Doctors ask anyone who thinks they may have a problem to get a mental health screening. The goal doctors say is to get people help and rid mental illness of its stigma.
"A lot of people don't understand that mental illness is as real as any other illness and nothing to be ashamed of anymore than any other illness. So we're trying to educate people that there is help."
Dr. Lucas says help is available 24 hours by calling the help line at 1-800-238-8661.
