Florida A&M University is set to open its new state of the art sports complex.
The new recreation center, located at the corner of Osceola and Wahnish Way, comes with a $12 million price tag.
The university has only completed phase one of the complex. Phase two will include full basketball and racket ball courts.
The center is full of cardio workout machines with a multipurpose room for dance lessons, yoga and Pilates.
"I think it's going to be more than just a recreation place. I think it is going to be a social place too, with a lot of girls and guys there. It will be a nice place," says FAMU senior Robert Mayberry.
The complex will open to students Monday with a grand opening set for September.
