A Tallahassee man confesses he's responsible for a crash killing an elderly woman last month.
Twenty-two-year-old Jacob Diebler was arrested on two counts including driving under the influence and DUI manslaughter.
Leon County Sheriff's Deputies say Diebler swerved into oncoming traffic on Gerheart Road, slamming into another car head-on, killing Mary Bailey.
Diebler turned himself in at the Leon County Jail this morning and is now free on pre-trial release. Court records show this is his second DUI arrest in the past three years.
