Leon county sheriff's deputies bust a Tallahassee man for growing thousands of dollars worth of marijuana at his home.
Police arrested Damian Pieschacon at his residence on Buttercup Way Friday evening. As soon as they arrived, they smelled the odor of marijuana.
Narcotics investigators say he was using and growing the pot out of a small building adjacent to his home.
Agents seizing 40 plants and a van full of paraphernalia, a total street value of $150,000.
Pieschacon faces several drug charges including cultivation and possession of marijuana.
