For the second year in a row TCC's Quincy House is partnering with Gadsden County Parks and Recreation to host a summer recreation camp.
The camp is spreading to Havana and Chattahoochee. For six weeks students can learn a second language and career skills while bonding with other students.
"It is a total learning experience. It is not just going outside to play volleyball and basketball. It is a learning experience. They can get things from the camp that they can take back to school in August," said Stacy Brown, program coordinator with the Quincy Parks and Recreation Department.
The summer program kicks off on June 3. For more information on the camp, contact the Quincy House at 850-875-3462.
