Springtime Tallahassee Parade

Revelers lined the streets of the Capital City for the 35th Annual Springtime Tallahassee Parade.

Everything from marching bands, fancy floats to miniature automobiles filled the parade line. People of all ages gathered along Monroe Street to see some of Tallahassee's magic.

With each spectator having a different take on what they enjoyed the most. "The rides, the floats, the beads everything," said Sharon Lee.

While taking part in the festivities was the first order of business, some at the parade were thinking of other events affecting our nation.

"Here we are going to the parade, it's all happy and fun and everything is great and there is a war going on," said Patti Brownstein. "It just doesn't seem right that we are celebrating and we don't even know what they are going through really," added Brownstein.

This year more than one hundred and 50 floats, bands and marching bands graced the 35th Annual Springtime Tallahassee Parade.
