A Tallahassee teen-ager has died from injuries suffered in an auto accident Tuesday afternoon.
Tallahassee Memorial Hospital said 17-year-old Eric Thomas died Thursday, two days after he was life-flighted from the scene of the accident on Tekesta Drive in Killearn Lakes.
Thomas had to be cut from his vehicle after it left the road and crashed into a line of trees.
The highway patrol said the accident may have resulted from a combination of wet roads and high speeds.
