Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it's in the heart of Tallahassee.
That's where area artists converged to display their latest masterpieces. Thousands fixed their eyes on colorful canvases at the Third Annual Chain of Parks Art Festival. More than 80 artists set up booths and mingled with customers, hoping to sell their collections.
In the past three years the festival has more than doubled in size.
Organizers say it fills a need for many local artists.
