The Department of Health and Human Services released a report on Georgia's annual nursing home inspections.
It found that last year, 88 percent of homes had violations.
Some of the problems included reports of bed sores, urinary tract infections and medication mistakes.
But some say this report is unfair.
Rebecca visits Nursing Homes and says, "There are also people who may seek out the worst in places and the report might be biased, you just never know, you just never know what's going on in the homes unless you're actually in there."
There's a website where you can check on the health and safety violations of nursing homes nationwide.
