Aggravated Battery
One club goer and a bouncer are injured in brawl.

Two men are injured following an altercation at the Edge Night Club on South Monroe Street around 3 am Saturday morning.

The first victim, a black male of about 26, approached a male talking to a female at the bar. The victim began to fight with the man and was stabbed more than once. The second victim, a club bouncer, tried to break up the fight and received a cut on his hand. It is not clear why the first victim began the altercation with the man at the bar but it is believed to have something to do with the female.

The stabbed victim was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The bouncer was also taken to TMH with minor injuries.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing a white t-shirt, sunglasses and a baseball cap. Police found physical evidence on the scene and have witnesses as well.

Looks like we are going to have to have curfews for people. My mama told me years that nothing but meaness goes on after 11 oclock at night. Maybe see was right. Hummmm

The core cause of these violent crimes has more to do with ill raised punks,morons for parents,babies mommas,welfare abuse,free housing and no personal responsibility,the cultural degradation of the family unit and the lack of parenting skills,self abuse and abuse of others, these punks dont respect the freedoms they have and abuse the freedoms and safety of others that are trying to live a life of quality.This MTV booty shaking get rich or die trying apathy,gangster attitude that degrades women and uses children for drug mules.Lack of common morals, teaching children that because of slavery they will always be less than others,that they are not Americans but blacks in America,they have no personal investment in the communities,some of the spiritual leaders are preaching hate.Little of this has to do with gangs and more to do with the failure of some to adjust to modern society. Struggling under the burdens of a free society.No remorse.It is about race!Just facts!Look it up.Wake Up!

Oz: I agree except for the comment about "not putting ourselves in compromising situations". I have 3 kids and work 2 jobs, it is impossible for me to exercise after work before it is dark. I don't feel safe, don't what do I do?
