A Quincy man out on bond for drug possession is back behind bars, facing additional charges of kidnapping and witness tampering.
Quincy police say Milton Fagg was expected to go on trial for a drug case on June 8, but the trial was postponed.
Police say Fagg went to the star witnesses' house and kidnapped him, all in hopes of preventing him from testifying at his trial.
Authorities say the witness managed to call his daughter who then alerted police of his kidnapping.
Investigator Delwyn Hall said, "The officers along with the daughter went over to the residence and searched the resident and they found the victim in the back bedroom at Milton Fagg's house at 312 South Cooper Street."
Fagg is now being held in the Gadsden County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
