Anderson Chapel is offering free health screening which includes HIV, diabetes, and sickle cell disease testing.
Free eye exams and diapers were also given.
In addition to getting a checkup, those in attendance were treated to some free food.
Duane Pace of Health Ministry said, "It's free, you know. You get a chance to come out here and get tested. If you feel that you have something we are able to talk to you and communicate with you and lead you in the right direction."
This is the eighth year the church has celebrated Community Day, offering free health screens.
