The federal prison guards ordered held without bond in the wake of last week's conspiracy indictments have all filed appeals.
Alfred Barnes, Gregory Dixon and Alan Moore are all asking the court to reconsider and set them free until trial.
The federal magistrate felt both Dixon and Moore were flight risks and Barnes was on probation in Georgia at the time of this arrest.
No new court dates have been set.
The three guards and two others freed on bond last week are accused of trading sex for favors in a conspiracy at Tallahassee's all-female prison.
