Georgia Upholds Ban on Gay Marriage

There's been a second major court ruling Thursday on the issue of gay marriage.

Georgia's State Supreme Court has reinstated the state's constitutional ban on same-sex marriage.

The ruling came just hours after the highest court in New York State upheld New York's ban on gay marriage.

In Georgia, the court reversed a ruling from a lower judge, and decided that the ban didn't violate the state's single-subject rule for ballot measures.
