A man suspected of selling stolen property from Leon to Lowndes County is now under arrest.
Forty-year-old Albert Leon Hurst was picked up in Grady County for selling stolen property. Authorities say he stole lawn mowers, trailers, and other equipment.
Lynol Alligood is just one victim in this case. He purchased the stolen property, but not without a little hesitation.
Alligood said, "You try to believe people and trust people and believe whenever they tell you certain things. I thought Al had gone straight; he'd been in trouble before but evidently it's just an ongoing thing with him."
Authorities say the trailer Alligood purchased was stolen in Leon County and they believe there could be more victims in this case.
If you purchased anything from Hurst, you are asked to call local law enforcement.
