Hot summer days bring out the sweat and bring on dehydration, but not enough to deter people from doing their daily exercise routine at Lake Ella in Tallahassee.
Among the hot “bods” out there was a friendly volunteer offering up his water cooler to anyone in need of a cool and quenching drink.
Tim Alcorn said, "I thought it was real hot today, and with my ministry work helping out people, doing anything I can just to help people out. One woman that stopped by she looked like she was dehydrated; she was here about five minutes just drinking water."
It’s a good reminder on these warm weather days to keep a water bottle handy and drink up.
