A good samaritan who stopped to help stranded motorists says he was attacked and robbed at knifepoint.
The wrecker driver was returning from Gadsden County on I-10 just before 1:30 a.m. when he saw a vehicle with its flashers near the Sneads exit. The victim reports the car was black and either a Chevrolet Impala or Caprice.
He describes his attackers as two black males. One is about 5'9", 150 pounds and in his twenties. The other was about 6”0’ and 200 pounds.
The attackers escaped and the victim was able to summon help. An investigation is pending.
