The dish network is now offering residents in north Florida and south Georgia a local alternative to cable.
Those interested in becoming a new digital subscriber will get a receiver and a satellite dish to catch some of their favorite programs, and for the very first time the company is providing local programming, including WCTV and other area stations, to its customers. All you need is a special dish antenna when you sign up for service.
"While we already offer a slate of great most popular channels like CNN, discovery, MTV and others, people really want their local programming they really want their
local programming they want their local news,” says Matt Hottle, Dish Network Development Manager.
So now you can catch Eyewitness News over the air, on cable and now on satellite with the dish network.
