Gov. Jeb Bush is calling lawmakers back to town for another special session on medical malpractice insurance, and plans even more sessions if the next one isn't enough.

Friday afternoon, the governor issued a lengthy and specific criticism of the Legislature's efforts to lower malpractice insurance costs.

And he rebuked lawmakers for not getting anything done, saying in a letter addressed to Senate President Jim King that actions speak louder than words.

If they don't get it done in the July 9th session, he'll call them back July 22nd through the 28th. If it's not fixed then, he'll recall them Aug. 5-13, and if they still haven't acted, he will bring them back sporadically for the rest of the summer.
