Adrian McPherson, along with some Leon County inmates picked up trash at Tom Brown Park following the Fourth of July celebration.
McPherson is serving out his 30 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and 90 days in the sheriff's work camp. A member of parks and recreation, who spotted McPherson, says the punishment fits the crime.
McPherson could be off probation in 18 months if he meets all of his requirements. Violation of his probation could get him up to 20 years behind bars
