Caylee Anthony was reported missing to authorities in July, almost a month after she was last seen.

Cindy Anthony found out her daughter, Casey had been staying at her boyfriend, Tony Lazaro's apartment.

Cindy Anthony confronted her daughter at Lazaro's apartment and then took her home and called 911.

The next morning text messages between Casey Anthony and Tony Lazaro were exchanged.

Here's what Lazaro sent:
6:50 a.m. "Where is Caylee?"

6:53 a.m. "I don't know.. R U serious? When did you find out?"

6:58 a.m. "Y wouldn't you tell me of all people. I was UR boyfriend that cares about you and UR daughter- Doesn't make sense to me. Why would you lie to me thinking she was fine and with your nanny?"

7:02 a.m. "I don't know what to say... I just hope your daughter is OK and I'm going to do whatever i can to help your family and the cops."

7:04 - 7:19 a.m. "Who is this Zanny person? Where did you drop Caylee off last time you saw her?"
"Have you told and showed the police the apartment?"

7:23 a.m. "Yea no S*%& this is serious why would U say something sooner about this? To anyone?"

7:25 a.m. "Oh and why are you texting me and not calling?"

New evidence in the case shows that the slain Florida toddler's body was placed in a laundry-hamper bag and then secured in a plastic garbage bag before it was left behind in the woods.

Documents the state attorney's office in Orlando released
Wednesday also show the girl's mouth was covered with silver duct
tape that had been adorned with a heart-shaped sticker. Duct tape
also was attached to her head.

A utility worker found the 3-year-old's body last December in
woods near where she lived with her mother and grandparents. Her
mother, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, has been charged with killing
her.
