One of the prison guards accused in a sex for favors scandal at Tallahassee's federal prison has just plead guilty.
Vincent Johnson, who is credited with helping to shield a federal agent in an arrest day gunfight, entered a plea Wednesday morning in Tallahassee's federal court.
According to his attorney Alex Morris, Johnson plead guilty to one count of conspiracy and the court agreed to drop the other charges in exchange for his cooperation and testimony against the other guards.
Johnson could still face up to 20 years in prison when he's sentenced in November.
