Fire destroys a home Tuesday morning in Tallahassee. The blaze broke out at a mobile home in Kelly's Trailer Park at the corner of Putnam and South Meridian.
Firefighters at station three got the call at 8:25 a.m., and were on the scene within four or five minutes. When they arrived the home was engulfed in flames.
The three people that lived there got out safely but suffered a little smoke inhalation. Firefighters knocked down the blaze in just minutes, but the structure was a total loss.
An investigation is underway into the cause of the fire. Firefighters say it appears to have started accidentally in the living room.
