A former state employee pleads no contest to sexual battery charges.
A spokesperson from the state attorney's office says, Kenneth Keith a former employee of "the sawmill academy," a facility for delinquent juvenile girls, had sexual intercourse with one of the teenagers and inappropriately touched two others, in 2002.
Keith is scheduled for sentencing on August 22, and could face up to four and a half months in prison followed by 12 months of sex offender probation.
