It was a rough Sunday morning for one local resident, as a car slammed into her home. It happened at the corner of North Mission Road and Chipola Street.
A woman who was seconds away from being home accidentally ran her 2003 Nissan Altima into her neighbor's house. Tallahassee police officers say the driver may have been tired, causing her to swerve into the home.
The homeowner was inside at the time of the crash, but was not injured. Officers say the driver also escaped serious injury and was a little shaken up.
