The 14th annual Children's Week Celebration starts Sunday- with key events at the state capitol building.
All of the programs promote children's well being and health, and include the "Capital Steps for Kids Challenge", a "Kids Only" Town Hall Meeting, and the big Children's Capital for a Day Celebration.
Organizers say budget cuts in kids services and programs make this year's Children's Week more important than ever.
