Florida State senior wide receiver Rod Owens was arrested early Sunday morning for driving under the influence.
Police say Owens, who earlier Saturday had 3 catches for 31 yards in FSU's Spring Game, was pulled over around 4:30 in the morning after an officer saw a vehicle driving down West Tennessee street without its headlights on.
Officers say Owens was arrested for DUI, and taken to the Leon County Jail, where his blood alcohol level was shown to be .155, nearly twice the legal limit.
Owens has already bailed out of jail. A spokesperson for the State Attorney's Office says Owens will face arraignment on May 28th, 2009.
