Johnson is 6'4" and 286 pounds. The woman he's accused of raping is a 6'2", 240-pound shot putter on the school's track team.

Johnson did not testify, but his attorney said the sex was consensual.

The attorney pointed out that Johnson could not have forcibly had sex with the woman, who he called a top athlete, and especially since it was just 14 days since Johnson had reconstructive surgery on his right shoulder.

The woman spent about three hours on the stand yesterday.

Prosecutor Adam Ruiz said afterward that it's nearly impossible to win a conviction against Florida State football players, referring to the program as "the machine.''
