The wrongful death civil trial brought against the Tallahassee Police Department will continue on Monday.
Josh Washington died five hours after he was arrested back in 2003, his death apparently the result of swallowing a bag of cocaine.
His family claims Tallahassee Police should have known and called for medical attention after he started vomiting.
Attorneys representing Washington's family expect closing arguments on Monday.
We'll keep you posted on the jury's decision.
