The FAMU Marching 100 is hoping to march on to Atlanta once again this year for the Honda Battle of the Bands invitational showcase, but there's one problem. Part of their ticket to get there requires online votes from you. Bandleader Julian White hopes to drum up support.
As of now, the world-renowned band is in second place behind Howard, and that is not sitting well with band members. Band members say the most important aspect is that a trip to ATL will automatically award FAMU with $10 thousand for scholarship money.
Now the top two bands from each conference will get to perform in Atlanta, but as you can see, the hundred wants to make that journey as the top seed.
The deadline to vote is 11:59 p.m. November 14.
