Black Leaders Visit FAMU

Hundreds packed Lee Hall for a discussion leading up to FAMU's State of the Black Student Summit.

Panelists discussed economics, sexuality and leadership development in the black community.

"We have to look at the conditions that our people are experiencing even now in the United States of America and talk about what we need to do to make a change. That change is certainly in the hands of this generation," said Elaine Brown, former leader of the Black Panther Party.

Bobby Seale, co-founder of the Black Panther Party, also was a panelist.
