A man who created a highly successful teen driving program was in court this week.
Paul Burris was accused of stealing thousands of dollars meant for the Partners for Highway Safety program.
Burris founded that program to help teens become better drivers after his son died in a crash.
This week, Burris plead no contest to grand theft charges.
Court records show he was sentenced to community control and probation, and a judge will soon decide how much money he'll have to pay back.
